Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial engineering with capacity planning and operations management.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Data analysis with Excel/SQL; familiarity with visualization tools and simulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and support improvements in safety, quality, productivity, logistics, and ergonomics using data analysis, simulations, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Develop and maintain operational standards, capacity plans, work center layouts, and material flow strategies.
• Develop and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and audit tools to monitor performance across manufacturing and distribution areas.
• Create standard operating procedures and workflow designs to enhance workforce efficiency while ensuring safety and ergonomic standards.
• Execute system and process enhancements, including automation pilots and data integrity improvements.
