Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
• 2+ years of industrial engineering experience with capacity planning and operations management.
• Proficient in Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies (A3, 8D, root cause analysis).
• Data analysis with Excel and SQL; experience with PowerBI, CAD tools, and simulation software.
• Strong communication and collaboration across technical and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and support improvements in safety, quality, productivity, logistics, and ergonomics using data analysis, simulations, and Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Contribute to cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational standards, capacity plans, work center layouts, and material flow strategies.
• Develop and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and audit tools to monitor performance across manufacturing and distribution areas.
• Create standard operating procedures and workflow designs that enhance workforce efficiency while ensuring compliance with safety and ergonomic standards.
• Execute approved system and process enhancements, including automation pilot projects and data integrity improvements, to support scalable operations.
