Job summary

SpaceX is seeking an Operations Engineer to support the Process and Material Planning team at the Rocket Development and Test facility in McGregor, TX. You will develop tools, analyze delivery and capacity, and create metrics to improve reliability and cost efficiency on Falcon, Dragon, Raptor, Starship programs.

The role involves on-site collaboration with multiple teams, data visualization, and process-improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enable agile operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 1+ years in production, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• 1+ years using Excel, SQL, or Python for data analysis or project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tools to analyze delivery, capacity, and cost problems using SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Define and develop department-level metrics to quantify operation health and drive improvements.
• Design and maintain data visualizations using Grafana and Power BI.
