Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations and field execution.
• Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360.
• Experience managing large-scale programs/projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• 3+ years in project engineering, process engineering, project management or related role.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of cross-functional projects and deliver objectives.
• Participate in engineering reviews and influence proposed solutions.
• Set priorities, milestones, and schedules with internal teams and external vendors.
• Lead execution of system designs, installations and qualifications to standards.
• Lead effective meetings and document decisions with stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risk analyses, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Articulate designs and specifications to internal customers and partner teams.
• Manage change orders, purchase orders, and invoice approvals.
• Build strong relationships across multiple projects and teams.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Travel up to 80% domestically with possible multi-week bursts.
