Job summary

Avery Dennison’s North America Operations Early Career Program Associate role offers hands-on learning in dynamic manufacturing environments and distribution centers. You will participate in a 24-month training curriculum focused on operations excellence and lean practices.

The program seeks candidates with an Engineering degree, internship or manufacturing experience, and demonstrated leadership. Relocation to multiple U.S. sites is required and sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with December/May graduation timeline.
• Previous internship/co-op experience required or relevant manufacturing work.
• Demonstrated leadership via student organizations and volunteer activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support lean and Six Sigma problem solving initiatives.
• Assist in process and equipment upgrades to reduce scrap and improve quality.
• Develop and maintain control systems to ensure quality standards and compliance.
• Provide on-machine expertise to keep production targets on track.
• Develop project timelines and drive task execution to achieve goals.
