Responsibilities

• Find the workaround when the official path is blocked.
• Keep contract commitments visible and on track.
• Map handoffs between Idaho teams to prevent gaps.
• Coach newer director teammates through their first general project.
• Onboard, mentor and guide newer team members when called upon.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
