Job summary

Delivered Talent Group seeks an experienced operations leader to guide the Reno, NV regional office in partnership with executive leadership. You will mentor PMs, Sr.

PMs, and PXs while driving growth and ensuring strong client relationships and project execution. This role sits between Project Executive and VP of Construction, offering a clear path toward executive leadership as the office expands and performance improves.

Qualifications

• Mechanical construction leadership experience is required.
• Experience managing large commercial or industrial HVAC/plumbing projects.
• Strong operational, financial, and client relationship skills.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Project Executive, Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar leadership experience.
