Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial MEP/mechanical construction.
• Proven experience managing large-scale commercial mechanical projects (ideally $10M+).
• Strong track record in client relationship management and business development.

Responsibilities

• Owns the project management department's performance, accountable for overall health of the portfolio (revenue, margin, schedule, client satisfaction).
• Develops and retains key client relationships with top GC and owner accounts.
• Leads the Project Manager team, supervising Senior PMs and PMs and building bench through coaching and development.
• Partners with preconstruction and operations on pursuits and strategic bids.
• Drives operational standards and continuous improvement of PM processes to improve consistency and protect margin.
• Provides executive level oversight on multiple concurrent commercial MEP projects.
• Owns client relationships at a senior level; primary contact for key accounts.
• Oversees project budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
• Supports business development and growth in the region.
• Ensures quality control, safety standards, and contractual compliance.

Position Overview

The Project Executive will provide senior oversight across multiple concurrent commercial mechanical projects, managing project teams, client relationships, and overall project delivery from preconstruction through closeout. This role reports directly to executive leadership and will play a key part in shaping the company's continued growth in the Sacramento marke
