Qualifications

• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in retail.
• Ability to lead and develop multiple managers.
• Strong financial and operational data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing operational leadership team.
• Partner with Finance to manage budgets and monitor performance.
• Ensure coverage across locations and departments.
• Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive store performance.
• Collaborate on promotions and pricing execution.
• Maintain store safety and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee facilities maintenance and inventory controls.
• Manage training and employee relations for operating excellence.
