Job summary

Diamondback Firearms, LLC is seeking an Operations Director to lead and optimize operational performance across inventory, production, sales, purchasing, web sales, and customer service. The role partners with the owner and department leaders to set priorities, goals, and scalable processes while driving lean operations and growth.

This position collaborates closely with the COO to ensure cross-functional leadership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Oversight of multiple operational functions (inventory, purchasing, sales, production, logistics, customer service).
• Ability to develop, implement and sustain SOPs that improve efficiency.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational performance across departments (inventory, purchasing, sales, customer service).
• Translate company goals into priorities with owner and leaders; establish action plans and KPIs.
• Establish, monitor and report on KPIs and trends for leadership.
• Oversee inventory control, purchasing, and vendor coordination to ensure material availability.
