This is NOT a typical office manager role; we want an accomplished operations leader who can organize People, Processes, and Technology to deliver high-quality legal services.

You will manage a REMOTE staff, ensure client-focused service, and drive efficiency to meet deadlines and budget constraints while maintaining a strong commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in a professional services firm, preferably law.
• Proven ability to organize People, Processes, and Technology to deliver services.
• Experience managing remote staff to deliver on time and on budget.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead the daily operations of our firm and continue our record of excellence. This is NOT an office manager role: we are seeking an accomplished Operations Leader who has a demonstrated record of success in the delivery of professional services.

Yes, our preference is that you have experience in a Law firm or other professional service industry, but more importantly, that you can organize People, Processes, and Technology to efficiently deliver our services.
