Job summary

Paradise Law Group, PC is seeking an Executive Director to lead the operational and administrative functions of the firm. This fully remote position requires a strong focus on building efficient systems and managing multiple aspects of the firm.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in legal administration and be comfortable with a hands-on leadership role, overseeing operations, HR, and compliance.

The salary range for this position is $135,000–$175,000, plus bonuses and extensive employer-paid benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in legal administration, law firm management, or a comparable COO role.
• Strong working knowledge of HR administration and payroll coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to create systems and improve processes.
