Dayspring Christian Academy seeks a Director of Operations to oversee facilities, maintenance, custodial, transportation, kitchen staff, athletics, and safety at the school. This full-time role reports to the administrative leadership and requires a hands-on manager who can coordinate multiple teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Christian background, prior education experience, and proven experience in facilities management, athletics program oversight, and safety/security responsibilities,

Qualifications

• Christian attitude and values required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher education required (min education).
• Experience in managing facilities.
• Experience with managing athletics programs.
• Experience with safety and security (Concealed Handgun Permit).
