Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Lead and oversee multiple operational areas including facilities, safety, IT, and vendor management.
• Experience supervising and developing other leaders within nonprofit or church operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise campus operations teams and provide strategic guidance to ministry areas.
• Oversee front office, facilities, and vendor-facing responsibilities.
• Manage short- and long-term facility usage and leases; set rental rates.
• Evaluate and manage IT systems; develop policies and a technology roadmap.
• Establish cybersecurity and safety practices; coordinate emergency responses.
• Review and approve annual budgets; identify cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor monthly financial statements and discuss variances with leadership.
• Maintain facilities and grounds; track assets and endowment usage.
• Provide monthly reporting on performance metrics to leadership.
