Primrose School of Avalon Park in Orlando, FL is seeking an Operations Director to lead daily operations, ensure a safe, healthy environment, and foster a culture where children and staff thrive.

You will mentor teachers, build strong relationships with families, and collaborate with owners and leaders to drive enrollment and maintain cost control while upholding Primrose's Balanced Learning curriculum.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for helping children and teachers.
• Ability to mentor and develop teachers and staff.
• Proven skills in leading school operations and enrollment initiatives.
