Job summary

Deltek Talent Management seeks a Mid-Level CAG Support professional to provide operational coordination, executive meeting support, and digital workflow management for the Space Launch Delta 45 Commander’s Action Group at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to support senior leaders across multiple ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, information systems, communications, public administration, or related discipline required.
• Four (4) or more years of progressive experience in executive support, operations coordination, program administration, knowledge management, event support, organizational management, military staff support, or related disciplines. Six (6) or more years of directly relevant experience is preferred.
• Experience maintaining digital collaboration environments, organizational content, shared repositories, or knowledge-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate senior-level conferences, town halls, staff meetings, Patrick Operations Meetings, weekly engagement synchronization meetings, and other command events.
• Develop and distribute itineraries, agendas, preparation materials, attendee information, seating charts, nameplates, and related meeting-support products.
• Coordinate conference rooms, attendee check-in, distinguished visitor access, escorts, seating, and other event logistics.
• Set up, coordinate, and troubleshoot virtual and teleconference sessions on NIPRNET and SIPRNET.
• Use approved U.S. Space Force desktop applications and communications capabilities, including Microsoft Teams and Office applications, to support leadership engagements.
• Support meeting administration, attendance documentation, minutes, and follow-up action capture in coordination with the Mid-Level Task Management CAG Support professional.
• Set up, test, operate, and tear down Government-furnished portable A/V systems for command briefings, collaboration meetings, training events, promotions, retirements, and ceremonies.
