Location: WPI Home Office – Remote
FLSA Status: Exempt/Salary
Position Status: Regular, Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional overtime and/or weekends
Base Salary Range: Annual $65,000 - $75,000
Travel: 25-50%
Job Summary
The Operations Development Manager role requires a substantial project and people management background, including coaching, development, and property management. Including overseeing the platform systems. This position will involve working with the team, honing their skills, and leading projects. This individual has a broad range of computer proficiencies and is comfortable coaching, analyzing data, developing reporting in Microsoft Excel, and troubleshooting. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. The candidate must be able to travel for various reasons, including leading new property transitions, training, and developing new and current team members and maintaining good communication and relationships with all levels of the organization.
