The role focuses on preparing Excel files with formulas, transferring data for IT uploads, and learning systems like NEO and S4 while communicating updates to the commerce group. You will support launch order forms and data entry across brands and retailers, contributing to efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior administrative experience in supply chain/retail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel with vLookups and pivot tables.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and format Excel files with formulas, vLookups, and pivot tables.
• Transfer data for IT system uploads.
• Attend training sessions on new systems such as NEO or S4.
• Communicate updates and new forms to the commerce team.
• Support launch order forms, holiday set files, and allocation data entry across brands and retailers.
