Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, or a highly analytical coordination role.
• Expert Excel: XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, nested IF, PivotTables, Power Query, VBA.
• Power BI experience with data-source connections, dashboards, and basic DAX.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, connect data sources, and identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.
• Use advanced Excel, Power Query, VBA/macros, and simple automation to streamline repetitive processes and reduce manual work.
• Support inventory tracking, supply chain metrics, supply planning, MSC, and S&OP activities.
• Manage packaging, formulation, and master data specifications; maintain organized repositories and complete system transactions, document uploads, and process tracking.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes and work independently in a detailed, task-oriented environment; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus.
