Colorado Springs Utilities is seeking an Operations Field Support Specialist to provide essential business operations support, data accuracy, scheduling, and cross‑department coordination on the Operations Work Management team in Colorado Springs. You will maintain Power BI data, reconcile field tasks, support projects, and help field personnel work safely.

• Experience analyzing and interpreting data to identify and correct errors.
• Proficiency with scheduling and coordinating tasks across teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and interpreting data to identify and correct errors to ensure data and billing accuracy
• Coordinating utility service appointments and ensuring accurate scheduling through utility systems
• Researching permits, tracking documents, and liaising with building officials and contractors to ensure compliance
• Researching and compiling information to ensure compliant and effective task execution
• Supporting activities and projects for specific departments and/or divisions
• Maintaining Power BI data for tracking and reporting accuracy
