Job summary

United Utility Services in Commerce City, Colorado is hiring a Work Management Specialist to support the online work control process, develop work packages, track status, and ensure project documentation is collected for closeout.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in distribution operations/construction, with strong scheduling, contracts understanding, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least five years in distribution operations/construction.
• Experience reading, evaluating, interpreting, and communicating provisions of contracts.
• Proficient in PC operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite; strong scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish office functions to support field execution.
• Be primary contact with the customer on work order scheduling, status, changes, and closeout.
• Provide field support for work package revisions and problem resolution.
• Coordinate with customer for major materials orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Billing to facilitate timely, accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate activities of other office personnel.
