Job summary

Ameren Missouri is seeking a diligent clerical professional to join the Field Meter Office as an OAII. You will perform data input, record maintenance, and meter-related tasks while supporting field staff and engineers.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing meter reads and billing data, and ensuring records and reports are accurate. A degree or equivalent clerical experience is required, with testing in data entry and clerical aptitude expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or three years of clerical experience required.
• Must earn recommended scores on EEI Data Entry Test and BCAB.
• Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Compile, input, arrange, scan and edit data; prepare reports and maintain records.
• Respond to customers using verbal and/or written communication.
• Handle escalated customer situations in a respectful, businesslike manner.
• Process meter/lighting orders and related billing data.
• Provide support for field, engineering, design, and training personnel.
