Responsibilities

• Compile, input, arrange, scan and edit data.
• Respond to customers, both internal and external, using verbal and/or written communication.
• Provide support for field, engineering, design, drafting, training, supervision, and other personnel using problem-solving skills and independent judgment.
• Process and validate time reporting and overtime equalization as assigned.
• Provide input and assist in the development of procedures, processes, and methods.
