CertaSite is seeking an Operations Support Specialist in Columbus, OH to perform high-volume data entry and keep customer and project data accurate across systems. You will respond to Helpdesk queries, set up portal accounts, and support ongoing data quality initiatives with independence and collaboration as needed.

Ideal candidates excel at detail, multitasking, and communicating clearly, with proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office with emphasis on Excel.
• 2 years of experience in a service industry or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume repetitive data entry quickly and accurately into a computer database.
• Respond to Helpdesk queries relating to customer record health, integration issues and general user support.
• Set up Customer Portal Accounts.
• Review data for accuracy and completeness.
• Create contracts for approved won quotes.
• Maintain quality and productivity per department standards.
