Omega Law Group, a premier personal injury firm, is seeking an Operations Assistant to support business operations across Pre-Litigation and Litigation. The role emphasizes dashboards, data analytics, automation, and backend processes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology. Prior experience in legal tech is not required, and this position is onsite at the West Hollywood office with a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and large data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Filevine, Domo, Power BI or similar platforms is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support operational projects and initiatives across the firm's departments.
• Collaborate with Pre-Litigation, Litigation, and other teams to understand workflows and needs.
• Assist with building, maintaining, and updating dashboards and reports to visualize performance.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Assist with automation projects to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
• Learn and utilize tools like Filevine, Domo, and Power BI.
• Help gather, clean, organize, and validate data for reporting and dashboards.
• Document workflows and new operational processes.
