DSV - Global transport and logistics offers the Data Analyst, Operations-LBJ FWY role in Lancaster, TX. You will report on operational status, analyze data, and present findings to support data-driven decisions for our customers.

The role requires strong MS Excel skills, experience in logistics data analysis, and the ability to translate complex data for non-technical stakeholders. Expect coordination with the Solutions division and occasional warehouse exposure.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred in Business, Logistics, or Data Analysis.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, data visualization).

Mansioni

• Analyzes operational data to monitor performance against KPIs and service goals.
• Prepares and presents recurring operational reports for the customer.
• Maintains understanding of warehouse flow to provide accurate status updates.
• Collaborates with Operations to identify and resolve bottlenecks or discrepancies.
• Supports management with data-driven insights to optimize space, labor, and equipment utilization.
• Ensures reporting aligns with client SLAs and quality requirements.
• Serves as data-focused liaison for the customer with timely updates and reports.
• Assists in preparing for operational and business review meetings with key customers.
