Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes operational data to monitor KPIs and service goals.
• Prepares and presents recurring operational reports for the customer.
• Maintains deep understanding of warehouse operational flow to provide accurate status updates.
• Collaborates with the Operations team to identify and resolve bottlenecks or discrepancies.
• Supports management with data-driven insights to optimize space, labor, and equipment utilization.
• Ensures reporting aligns with client SLAs and quality requirements.
• Serves as data-focused liaison for the customer, providing timely updates and reports.
• Assists in preparing for operational and business review meetings with key customers
