Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years in business operations or data analytics.
• Experience with ERP and demand forecasting systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, VBA a plus).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and unify data and reporting streams for forecast, inventory, and orders.
• Partner with IT to automate reports and data flows.
• Develop dashboards and KPI visualizations for supply chain performance.
• Provide data-backed recommendations to cross-functional teams.
