Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Data Analysis preferred
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or data analysis
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, data visualization)

Responsibilities

• Analyzes operational data to monitor performance against KPIs and service goals
• Prepares and presents recurring operational reports for the customer
• Maintains deep understanding of warehouse operational flow to provide accurate status updates
• Collaborates with the Operations team to identify and resolve bottlenecks or discrepancies
• Supports management with data-driven insights to optimize space, labor, and equipment utilization
• Ensures all reporting aligns with client-specific SLAs and quality requirements
• Serves as the data-focused liaison for the customer, providing timely updates and reports
• Assists in preparing for operational and business review meetings with key customers
