Job summary

DSV is seeking a Data Analyst, Operations at the Lancaster, USA site to analyze operational data and monitor KPIs, delivering clear reports to support data-driven decisions for customers.

You will collaborate with the Operations team to optimize warehouse processes, provide insights to management, and ensure reporting aligns with SLAs; MS Excel proficiency and WMS experience are essential, with 2+ years in logistics or data analysis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Data Analysis preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, data visualization).

Responsibilities

• Analyzes operational data to monitor performance against KPIs and service goals.
• Prepares and presents recurring operational reports for the customer.
• Maintains deep understanding of warehouse operational flow to provide accurate status updates.
• Collaborates with the Operations team to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or discrepancies.
• Supports the management team with data-driven insights to optimize space, labor, and equipment utilization.
• Ensures all reporting aligns with client-specific SLAs and quality requirements.
• Serves as the data-focused liaison for the customer, providing timely operational updates and reports.
• Assists in preparing for operational and business review meetings with key customers
