You will collect, consolidate, and visualize data, collaborate with analytics and stakeholders, and help drive efficiency and quality across operations. 1–2 years of analytics experience preferred; Python/SQL/SAS/Tableau familiarity required.

• Strong analytical skills with precise data handling

Responsibilities

• Prepare operational reports by collecting, interpreting, evaluating, and summarizing information and trends
• Recommend systems improvements to senior management based on analysis of current practices, outcomes, and trends
• Collaborate with manager and peer analysts to support strategic planning
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using defined metrics
• Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of changes
• Perform other duties as assigned
