Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent industry experience.
• 12+ years in IT with strong data engineering exposure.
• Experience with ELT/ETL, data visualization and modelling.
• Knowledge of batch, API and event-driven patterns.
• Proficient SQL and NoSQL, plus data file formats like Avro/Parquet.
• Strong communication and executive-facing reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into designs and documentation.
• Define system behavior and impact of changes on outcomes.
• Identify data sets to predict and improve digital features.
• Document data requirements, collection/processing/cleaning, analysis.
• Create dashboards and analyze insights for business performance.
• Mentor and lead a growing technical team.
• Coordinate with product, tech, and program teams to plan roadmaps.
