Monarch Landscape Companies in Los Angeles is seeking a highly technical Data Analyst to join our corporate headquarters team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on compiling, analyzing, and presenting operational data to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will translate complex datasets into actionable insights for labor planning, revenue tracking, backlog visibility, and throughput, while developing scalable, automated reporting to improve data quality and standardization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, BI, CS, IS, or related field.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in operations, field services, or landscape maintenance.
• Expert-level Excel skills and comfort with legacy systems and flat-file data.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL for queries, data transformation, and integration.
• Experience with financial and labor planning data, including budget vs. actuals and forecasts.
• Strong data transformation, data quality, and reporting knowledge.
• Strong cross-functional communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate, structure, and reconcile data from multiple internal operating systems.
• Build recurring and ad hoc reports to support labor planning, revenue tracking, backlog visibility, and throughput analysis.
• Develop automated processes and integrations for legacy systems and flat files.
• Learn and adapt to legacy platforms; willingness to learn is essential.
• Identify opportunities to replace manual reporting with automated, standardized solutions.
• Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations for operational and financial performance.
