Job summary

Bayview Fund Management, LLC is seeking an MSR Operations Analyst to support analytical efforts of the MSR Transaction Management and Collateral teams. The role involves managing operations data from multiple clients and platforms, improving data integrity and normalization, and building SQL queries.

You will design dashboards, perform reconciliations across servicing systems, and provide analytical support for audits and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MBA with exposure to technical skills or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years in an analytical or reporting environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access.
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio.
• Python programming knowledge recommended.
• Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a centralized sql-based data repository supporting collateral management and pool certification activities, ensuring data integrity, governance, and audit readiness.
• Lead data quality, reconciliation, and consolidation efforts for loan-level datasets to ensure reporting accuracy and operational reliability.
• Analyze databases and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement data-driven process improvements.
• Design, automate, and optimize management reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
• Perform detailed loan-level reconciliations across servicing systems, custodial records, and investor reporting platforms, resolving variances and mitigating risk.
• Develop complex sql queries to extract, transform, and analyze data in support of reporting, modeling, forecasting, and departmental initiatives.
• Establish standardized analytical frameworks and reporting methodologies to improve operational consistency and scalability.
• Manage cross-functional projects and support departmental initiatives, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide analytical support for audits, compliance reviews, and leadership requests, along with other duties as assigned.
