Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; or three to four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Solicits outbound freight to manage network balance while maintaining service quality.
• Interacts with customers and addresses concerns or issues.
• Forecasts potential customer needs and proactively addresses them.
• Responds promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
• Processes customer orders with required information to properly pick up and deliver goods.
• Schedules all loading and unloading appointments.
• Tracks all shipments from pick up to delivery.
• Travels as needed.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships to meet customer expectations.
• Receives and carries out instructions.
• Maintains regular attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
