Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator (Network Carrier Coordinator) for remote work within the Supply Chain Solutions division.

Based in New Albany, OH, the role focuses on managing 4th party relationships with Network Carriers to ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, timely billing, and high customer satisfaction. You will perform tasks such as printing delivery tickets, updating RTBS orders, processing RAs, managing the Open RA report, researching the Over 50 report,

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers
• Research and update orders on Restoration Hardware’s “Ready to be Scheduled” (RTBS) report; work with Network Carriers to get orders scheduled
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs), RA Clarifications, Pending RAs, Not in iDirect RAs, etc. for all locations
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly)
• Research orders on the “Over 50” report (orders that have a delivery date 50 days old) either by obtaining a POD from the Network Carrier or conducting a follow up survey with the customer to confirm delivery; update system so we can invoice the client
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team

We are immediately hiring an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH- Remote for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
• Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
