Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role is remote for candidates in the United States, with coordination activities centered around the New Albany area and surrounding markets.

You will manage 4th party carrier relationships, ensure SOP compliance, support invoicing, and assist the Operations Supervisor with logistics tasks. Strong communication, organizational skills, and an operations mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Print and process delivery-related tickets and communications with carriers.
• Coordinate and update orders to ensure on-time scheduling and delivery.
• Handle returns authorizations and related inquiries across locations.
• Manage open RA reports and deadlines on a monthly basis.
• Support invoicing queries and ensure accurate billing records.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with scheduling and operational tasks.

We are immediately hiring an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH- Remote for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
• Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Pay Type: Hourly
• Minimum Pay Range: 18.00
• Maximum Pay Range: 20.00

Job Description

The Network Carrier Coordinator will manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers to ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, properly timed billing, and overall customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers
• Research and update orders on Restoration Hardware’s “Ready to be Scheduled” (RTBS) report; work with Network Carriers to get orders scheduled
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs), RA Clarifications, Pending RAs, Not in iDirect RAs, etc. for all locations
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly)
• Research orders on the “Over 50” report (orders that have a delivery date 50 days old) either by obtaining a POD from the Network Carrier or conducting a follow up survey with the customer to confirm delivery; update system so we can invoice the client
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for orders that have a scheduled date
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks
• Serve as backup for Operations Supervisor’s phone and email
