Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage 4th party relationships with Network Carriers, ensuring SOP compliance, delivery performance, and timely billing. The role is remote within the U.S.

with a Monday–Friday schedule and hourly pay based on experience. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with benefits including health plans, 401(k) with match, stock purchase options, paid holidays, PTO in the first year, and maternity leave.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers
• Research and update orders on Restoration Hardware’s “Ready to be Scheduled” (RTBS) report; work with Network Carriers to get orders scheduled
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs), RA Clarifications, Pending RAs, Not in iDirect RAs, etc. for all locations
• Manage the Open RA report (monthly)
• Research orders on the “Over 50” report (orders that have a delivery date 50 days old) by obtaining a POD from the Network Carrier or surveying the customer to confirm delivery; update system for invoicing
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team

• Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month
• Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
