Responsibilities

• Office Material & Internal Inventory Management: Manage office inventory such as samples, marketing materials, packaging supplies, uniforms, and small tools; track usage and keep storage organized; replenish supplies for sales, marketing, and operations.
• Self-Storage Unit Fulfillment & Outbound Shipping: Oversee daily operations of a nearby self-storage unit; pick, pack, and ship small orders; maintain stock records and update inventory.
• 3PL Warehouse Coordination: Submit and manage shipment orders to the third-party warehouse; communicate inbound shipments and urgent deliveries; track order status and verify invoices.
• Logistics Support & Order Tracking: Prepare shipping labels for various carriers; assist sales with quotes, tracking updates, and special requirements; handle returns and restocking.
• Data & System Updates: Update inventory lists; keep shipping records for accounting; assist with simple logistics reports.
