Job summary

BlueLinx Holdings Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator to oversee administrative and inventory functions at our distribution facility.

You will manage order processing, labeling, cycle counts, and performance tracking while supporting supervisors and ensuring accurate documentation. We offer a competitive $24.00/hr–$28.00/hr benefits package including medical, dental, vision, prescription, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of admin, inventory control, and/or warehouse operations preferred.
• Planning, organization, time management, and problem solving.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to identify key issues and evaluate facts.
• Background in warehouse departments such as receiving, put away, and picking.
• Knowledgeable in Safety expectations within a warehouse environment.
• Experienced in inventory control, material stock/storage, and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Perform the administrative operational functions of a distribution center by printing/waiving the work to the floor timely, ensuring order processing meets efficiency.
• Ensure that all necessary labels are ready for shipping/receiving processes.
• Check inventory accuracy at bin location level for both SKU and count.
• Ensure that all shipping and receiving documents are completed with expected sign-offs.
• Track completed work at individual level to provide pace and urgency data to OM or Supervisors.
• Assist in training support level employees and oversee project/assignment completion under supervision.
