Job summary

Sysco Front Royal, VA is seeking a clerical support role within the operations department. This mid shift (3pm-11pm) position offers $19.00 per hour, with compensation based on experience. You will maintain files, enter data, and prepare reports to help meet daily goals.

Essential duties include Hazmat paperwork, placarding coordination with yard jockeys, HACCP record handling, BOL preparation, and relaying information via radio or Teams for smooth inbound/outbound flow.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate files and filing systems for operations documents.
• Enter accurate information into computer to prepare reports.
• Prepare requisitions for office, computer, and routine supplies.
• Ensure Hazmat paperwork is accurate and prepared for drivers.
• Coordinate Hazmat placards on trailers with yard jockeys.
• Download and attach TTR reports for HACCP items.
• Communicate temp abuse loads to supervisor and document actions.
• Print and file receiver paperwork, BOLs, and related docs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain files and tighten documentation processes to meet goals.
• Enter data into systems and generate routine reports.
• Support operations with requisitions and supplies.
• Verify Hazmat paperwork and placarding for outbound shipments.
• Coordinate dock activities and communicate via radio/Teams.
• Review temperature records for inbound/outbound loads.
