Job summary

SAIL is seeking an organized operations professional to keep a Twin Cities multifamily portfolio running smoothly, with accuracy and dependable resident service. You will manage turns, data in Yardi, on-time collections, and renewals while supporting leasing teams.

Two two-community openings offer Richfield-adjacent and Shakopee/Eagan options, with a clear path to Business Manager. Ideal candidates deliver precise, process-driven work, collaborate closely with a Business Manager, and maintain

Qualifications

• One or more years in property management or a detail-heavy role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents.
• Proficient computer skills; able to learn a PM system (Yardi a plus).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate unit turns, vacancies, and move-ins with precision.
• Post rent, track collections, and code invoices in the PM system.
• Support leasing efforts with tours, applications, and screening.
• Maintain compliance and accurate, audit-ready files.
• Deliver exceptional resident service and respond to reviews.
