• Two+ years of property management experience, with affordable housing exposure preferred.
• Experience with LIHTC, Section 42, Section 8, MHFA, or HUD is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Patient, warm communication with residents and a professional tone with partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted face of the communities, responding promptly to resident questions and concerns.
• Manage LIHTC, Section 42, Section 8, and MHFA program compliance with accuracy.
• Oversee leasing and waitlist processes, verify eligibility, and uphold Fair Housing standards.
• Oversee daily operations, vendor scheduling, inspections, and turn coordination.
• Manage rent collection, delinquency follow-ups, and resident ledgers.
• Participate in weekly meetings, maintain scorecards, and surface compliance risks early.
