Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited in Lubbock, TX is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support site operations across HSE, maintenance, procurement and payroll processes. The role involves data entry in SAP, onboarding/offboarding staff and coordinating freight and inventory during Harvest.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED with relevant manufacturing experience, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with relevant experience in manufacturing/production.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive company car per policy.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations or willingness to learn agriculture operations.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist staff in operational activities across multiple areas (HSE, accounting, field/plant operations, HR, procurement).
• Participate in community outreach events representing the site.
• Enter and validate information in computer/data systems.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding of site employees.
• Process freight payments, schedule deliveries, with supervision.
• Support payroll policies, audits and inventory in SAP.
• Assist with grower pricing and vendor data in SAP; support accounts payable.
