Bayer is seeking a Maintenance Technician in United States Texas Lubbock to join a dynamic team focused on production equipment maintenance and safety compliance. The role covers seasonal maintenance and repairs across facilities, with responsibilities spanning documentation and adherence to health and safety standards.
Preferred candidates have prior maintenance experience in manufacturing, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a part of a dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment, rotating pre-season maintenance in the summer and repairs during the fall-spring. We work with a variety of machinery and equipment used for production processes and coordinate the repairs and inventory at the sites.
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Employees can expect to be paid an hourly rate between $29.74 - $36.41. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
