• Strong systems orientation and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with scheduling software and POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly labor and scheduling to meet targets and costs.
• Oversee Food & Beverage operations, inventory, and orders.
• Handle onboarding, documentation, payroll inputs, and admin tasks.
