Job summary

Your Wireless, Inc. is seeking an Operations Assistant in Garden City, NY to support daily reporting, purchasing, onboarding, and inventory audits. The role runs 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday, with potential future changes. Travel may be required and a valid driver's license is preferred.

The ideal candidate has 0-1 years in operations, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and excellent communication, organization, and technical aptitude. Benefits include PTO, health, vision, dental, 401k, and more.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Excel / PowerBi.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• High School Diploma / GED.
• 0-1 Years Experience in an Operations style position.
• Strong Organizational and Time‑Management skills.
• Strong Technical knowledge of basic computer equipment and applications.

Responsibilities

• Compile data from multiple sources into one excel file to send out our team's daily reports.
• Handle purchasing for each store - ordering and inputting information into our Portal system.
• Onboarding new hires - creating offer letters and setting up accounts in coordination with HR directions.
• Audits - Completing inventory audits of our stores when needed/asked.
• Other day-to-day tasks as given by the Director of Operations.
