Description du poste

This position will be full-time on-site at one of Oracle's data center sites in Saline, MI; Doña County, NM; or Port Washington, WI. Relocation assistance may be available in accordance with Oracle’s relocation policies.

The Operations Coordinator - Data Center Power Generation is responsible for coordinating the real-time operational readiness of - power generation assets to ensure reliable support of data center electrical demand. This position develops and maintains short-term load forecasts, coordinates generation planning and dispatch activities, manages fuel nomination requirements, and partners with generation service provider s to ensure generation capacity is available when required.

The role serves as the operational focal point between Data Center Operations, Generation Operations, Engineering, Environmental Compliance, and external service providers to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation of onsite generation assets. The Real-Time Operations Coordinator executes Conduct of Operations principles by driving operational discipline, communication, planning, and procedural compliance across all stakeholders.

Reporting to the Director of Turbine Operations, this position plays a critical role in maintaining generation readiness and supporting uninterrupted data center operations.
