Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering/energy management or related field.
• 6+ years in power generation, utility/energy operations, or data center infrastructure.
• Experience with load forecasting and generation planning.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex operations across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate real-time operations for assigned data center generation assets.
• Develop and maintain rolling 14-day electrical load forecasts.
• Coordinate fuel nominations and gas supply with providers.
• Manage outages, maintenance, and operational constraints with providers.
• Monitor performance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
