University of California, San Francisco is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage financial and procurement activities, facilities and space coordination, and IT asset management for Human Resources and Student Services.
The role also involves supporting meetings and events, collaborating with faculty and staff, and handling a range of tasks and projects with strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills. This is a temporary assignment for 6 months with potential to extend.
The Operations Coordinator performs financial and procurement activities, facilities and space coordination, IT asset management, and support functions for Human Resources and Student Services, and facilitates logistics for meetings and/or events. The incumbent will also work closely with faculty and administrative staff on a variety of tasks and projects, and is expected to manage the entire problem-solving process, which includes researching, analyzing information, identifying, and recommending potential solutions of moderate scope. The incumbent manages other duties as assigned and may serve as a floater for other units/departments in the School of Pharmacy as directed by their supervisor.
